Handheld Magnetizer... Our handheld, non-motorized magnetizer is designed to provide an alternative for low volume and occasional jobs. This lightweight, durable magnetizer in a non-metallic housing will allow you to magnetize your magnetic sheeting after printing or lettering. It offers an alternative to laminating pre-printed material to magnet. The magnetizer features a 6" (152.4 mm) wide per pass magnetizing capability that provides a minimum 85 lbs. per square foot (415 kg per square meter) magnetic pull strength when used with 30 mil (.76 mm) Magnum Magnetics magnetic sheeting and magnetized according to our instruction sheet.

Motorized Magnetizer... Our motorized magnetizers are designed to magnetize cut sheets of Magnum magnetic material and are the perfect choice for volume jobs done on a regular or semi-regular basis. One model will handle sheet widths up to 12 1/2" (317.5 mm); the other will handle sheet widths up to 26" (660.4 mm). Our magnetizers are built to order in-house. We will take the time to learn about your application and production methods so that the completed magnetizer satisfies your requirements. The motorized magnetizer may be installed in-line on a conveyor belt or off-line as a separate work station according to your need and preference. It is easy to manually feed material through the magnetizer. An optional mobile floor stand with adjustable height and optional feed/receiving trays are also offered. These motorized magnetizers are low maintenance (no belts toreplace), very reliable, and economical!
